We sold a house in Dublin 14 through Beirne & Wise towards the end of 2021. Mr Beirne said he would deal with the sale from start to finish and that's exactly what he did. We can't praise his professionalism and market knowledge highly enough and when he wasn't available Mary Raferty in his office more than capable dealt with all our queries and was as familiar with the proceedings as Mr Beirne.. Selling a house - or buying one - is a stressful enough experience but Mr Beirne took a lot of the anxiety out of the situation because of his accurate assessment of how the sale would evolve. Moreover in conversations about the sale, Mr Beirne was devoid of the flowery hyperbole which some in the industry tend to deploy and he was never less than totally straightforward in our dealings with him.Having dealt with upwards of eight estate agents both buying and selling property here and in London Mr Beirne was the best by a country mile. We would more than happily recommend Beirne & Wise. --
